Results are estimates to help you plan — always verify measurements on-site before cutting or buying materials. I'm not liable for costs arising from relying on the numbers without checking them yourself.

itsmatchoo.com and Panelling Pro are operated by Studio Matchoo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as itsmatchoo. For any questions about these terms, contact hello@itsmatchoo.com.
The service
itsmatchoo.com provides:
- A free panelling calculator for planning a single wall.
- Panelling Pro, a paid subscription tool for planning multi-wall panelling projects, including stair walls, cross-wall cut plans, and printable assembly guides.
By using either tool, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions and payment
Panelling Pro is sold as an annual subscription in two tiers: Pro and Pro+, at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the merchant of record for this sale. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts. Your payment details are held by Paddle, not by itsmatchoo — see Paddle's own terms and privacy policy for how they handle your payment.
To cancel or manage your subscription, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact hello@itsmatchoo.com and I'll help you through Paddle.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy.
Accounts and access
Access to Panelling Pro is tied to the email address used at checkout. Keep that email accessible — it's how you log back in. Don't share your subscription access with people who haven't purchased it.
Estimates, not guarantees
Both the free calculator and Panelling Pro produce estimates based on the measurements and settings you enter, using standard panelling conventions (the Goldilocks rule for panel sizing, standard mitre geometry for stair angles, etc). They are a planning aid, not a substitute for on-site measurement.
Walls, floors, and ceilings are rarely perfectly square or level. Always verify all measurements on-site before purchasing materials or starting any cutting. If in doubt, consult a qualified tradesperson.
itsmatchoo accepts no liability for material waste, additional costs, or damage arising from reliance on these calculations without independent verification.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall or access Panelling Pro without a valid, active subscription.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the tools.
- Use the site or tools for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The itsmatchoo name, site design, and the Panelling Pro tool (including its calculations, layout, and code) are owned by itsmatchoo. Your own project data (wall measurements, saved projects) belongs to you.
Changes to the service
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as Panelling Pro develops. New features for your tier (Pro or Pro+) are included in your existing subscription at no extra cost — there's no separate upgrade fee for feature updates during your subscription period. I'll try to give notice of any change that materially reduces what's available to existing subscribers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, itsmatchoo's liability for any claim relating to the site or Panelling Pro is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, where that liability cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site or Panelling Pro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
